This policy covers websitesamerica.com, operated by Websites America. It says what the site collects, where it goes, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give one, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message box.
Please do not send patient information or other sensitive records through the form. It is for business inquiries.
The investment calculator runs entirely in your browser. It sends us nothing.
How the form is delivered
The form is processed by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a third-party form service. Web3Forms receives your submission and delivers it to us by email. Their handling of that data is described in their privacy policy.
How we use it
We use what you send to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to do the work. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Analytics, fonts, and hosting
- Analytics. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies. We run no advertising pixels and no advertising networks on this site.
- Fonts. Our typeface loads from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block abuse.
Do Not Track
This site sets no tracking cookies and does not follow you across other websites. Because of that, it behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete what you sent us, use the contact form and tell us what you want done. We will confirm when it is finished.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
